About The Author

Natasha M Faulkner is an author, mother, grandmother, lifelong learner, and creative whose writing is rooted in lived experience.

Raised in Oklahoma, Natasha learned early what it meant to endure circumstances she did not choose. Over time, survival became something more. Through education, motherhood, reflection, creativity, and personal discovery, she began building a life on her own terms.

Today, she writes with a purpose greater than simply recounting the past. She wants readers to think more deeply, trust themselves more fully, and understand that even after painful chapters, another chapter can still be written.

About the Book

Some Stories Are Written to Be Told. Others Are Written Because Silence Has Lasted Long Enough.

You Are Okay is Natasha M Faulkner’s deeply personal account of surviving trauma, loss, difficult relationships, instability, and years of circumstances that could have silenced her.

For readers who have ever questioned their worth, carried pain quietly, or wondered whether life could still become something more, Natasha offers something powerful: the perspective of someone who kept going.

Your past may explain parts of you. It does not have to own your future.
